We want you to love your duck! If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at officialdashboardducks@gmail.com.

Non-returnable items:

1. Used or damaged ducks
2. Custom or limited edition products

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
